1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

To open and use a 2888bet account, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

- You must be a natural person (not a company, trust or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
- You must be accessing 2888bet from a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your personal responsibility to verify this before registering.
- You must not be a current employee of 2888bet, a family member of a 2888bet employee, or an employee of a 2888bet technology or game provider in a role that would give you access to non-public information.

If we discover that a player holds more than one account, all accounts may be suspended and balances may be forfeited.

This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan and valid contact details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Account Verification (KYC): 2888bet may request identity verification documents at any stage. Standard documents accepted include a Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued ID. Withdrawals above certain thresholds may require verified account status before processing. Providing fraudulent documents is a serious breach of these Terms.
Currency: All accounts at 2888bet are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Your balance, deposits, wagers and winnings will all be displayed and processed in PKR with no conversion fees applied by 2888bet.
Account Sharing: Your 2888bet account is personal to you. You must not allow any other person to access or use your account. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account, regardless of whether you authorised it or not.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals at 2888bet will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect our players. You cannot withdraw to a different account or method without completing an additional verification process.
No Fees from 2888bet: 2888bet does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Some payment providers may apply their own transaction charges – these are outside our control and are the player's responsibility to check with their payment provider.
Pending Balance: Winnings are credited to your 2888bet balance immediately after a game or bet result is confirmed. There is no pending period on standard winnings.

Welcome Bonus: New members at 2888bet are eligible for a 100% first deposit match bonus up to Rs 25,000. To receive the welcome bonus, you must opt in during registration or on your first deposit. The bonus must be claimed within 7 days of registration. The welcome bonus has a standard wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
Wagering Requirements: Wagering requirements at 2888bet specify how many times a bonus amount must be bet before it converts to withdrawable cash. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must place Rs 20,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawing. Not all games contribute equally to wagering – the contribution percentage for each game type is published in the relevant promotion terms.
- Bonus funds must be used before real-money funds in your 2888bet account.
- Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated time period.
- Only one active bonus may be held at a time unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
- Free bets credited to your account must be used within 7 days unless stated otherwise.
- 2888bet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without notice.
Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses at 2888bet through collusion, duplicate accounts, irregular betting patterns or any other method designed to circumvent the spirit of an offer will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any bonus and associated winnings.
6. Betting and Gaming Rules at 2888bet
Bet Placement: Bets are only accepted when they are confirmed by the 2888bet system. A bet not confirmed by the system – for example, due to a connection dropout at the moment of submission – is not a valid bet, and no liability exists on the part of 2888bet for unconfirmed wagers.
Bet Finality: Once a bet is placed and confirmed at 2888bet, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player unless a specific cash-out or partial cash-out feature is available for that bet and market. The availability of cash-out is a feature, not a right, and 2888bet may suspend or remove cash-out availability on any market at any time.
Void Bets: A bet may be declared void at 2888bet in the following circumstances:
- The event is cancelled, abandoned or not completed under the conditions required for settlement.
- A clear pricing error occurred – for example, an odds value that was obviously incorrect due to a technical fault.
- The outcome of the event is affected by circumstances outside normal sporting conditions.
- For virtual sports, a platform-side technical failure during a round.
When a bet is declared void at 2888bet, the original stake is returned to the player's account in full. Void bets do not count towards wagering requirements on bonuses.
Game Malfunctions: In the event of a software or hardware malfunction during a casino game at 2888bet, the hand or round in progress at the time of the malfunction is void. Bets and winnings from the affected round will be returned. 2888bet is not responsible for any alleged winnings that were not recorded in the system due to a malfunction.
7. Responsible Gaming at 2888bet

8. Account Security and Your Responsibilities

If you suspect that your 2888bet account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately by contacting support. We will take appropriate action to secure the account. You agree not to access your 2888bet account using any automated means, bots, scripts or software that simulates human interaction. Any such activity may result in immediate account suspension.
9. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited at 2888bet and may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and referral to appropriate authorities:

2888bet is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform – including losses caused by: third-party payment provider delays, internet connectivity issues on your end, device compatibility problems or any force majeure event.
Our maximum liability to any individual player in any calendar month, for any reason, is capped at the total amount deposited by that player in the same calendar month.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded. If any clause of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court, that clause will be removed while the remainder of the Terms continue in full effect.
11. Privacy and Data Handling
2888bet collects personal data from players as part of the registration and verification process. This data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with our obligations and improve the 2888bet service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
